Zorlixlogic provides backyard pool design, materials, and installation services. Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit of 30% is required to begin construction. Final payment is due upon project completion. Payment methods include bank transfer and accepted credit cards.
The customer is responsible for providing site access, accurate dimensions, and any necessary permits. Verde Acqua Creations SRL is not liable for delays caused by weather, customer site issues, or third-party utilities.
Our pool structures carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
Customers may cancel within 14 days of contract signing under the EU consumer rights directive, provided construction has not begun. Deposits may be partially retained for design and consultation costs.
All website content, designs, and trademarks are property of Verde Acqua Creations SRL. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the contracted project value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Milan, Italy.
